The Offices of Philanthropy & Defraudation

The Offices of Philanthropy and Defraudation have, as rumors suggest, suffered both a terrible calamity and tremendous boon. Last night, the heavens shook free a glorious star that plummeted at a surprisingly steep and unwavering angle into their civic headquarters within the Painted Tongues borough of Bastion. Opportunity remains, then, for motivated folk to infiltrate the offices and abscond with the supernal treasure. This is not an exclusive opportunity, however, as Rivals mount and time runs thin.

What follows is a scenario for the tabletop roleplaying game, Electric Bastionland. The pamphlet includes:
